We were by far an unusual situation that required lots of extra effort, and consistent pushing by Cristie and Blair. There were lots of instances where someone changed information or deleted it, or it was changed un-necessarily. Cristie and Blair went above and beyond what a "normal" process would require and they fulfilled their promises, and overcame obstacles, and delivered the promised mortgage at an exemplary level of service. Potter Clark of Xcel Financial in Park City is the type of Loan Officer that any Realtor would want to work with. His skill that I find most meaningful to my business is that Potter proactively communicates with me on the status of the loan approval. Before I ask, he has emailed me updates on the appraisal and underwriting and that the closing documents were received, signed and returned and that we have the clear to close. His hustle at the end of the transaction allowed my buyer to close early.
